Creative Pages Club is a group designed for adults who want a relaxed, welcoming way to explore scrapbooking, junk journalling, and visual journalling - without rules or pressure.
If you’ve been searching for scrapbooking in Napier or journaling classes in Napier, Creative Pages Club offers a flexible alternative to traditional classes - I like to call it 'Creative Page Journalling'. Sessions focus on process over perfection and are suitable for beginners, returning creatives, and anyone wanting a screen-free creative outlet.
What is Creative Page Journalling?
Creative Page Journalling is a flexible journalling practice where meaning matters more than method. Instead of following strict layouts or techniques, we draw on:
Scrapbooking (photos, memory keeping, structure)
Junk journalling (collage, texture, found materials)
Visual journalling (colour, marks, expression)
You choose how you use the space — to document, process, or simply play.
How the sessions work
Creative Pages Club runs twice a month:
One Guided Theme Session with optional prompts to help you start
One Open Play Session focused on relaxed, self-directed creating
No experience is needed. You don’t have to finish pages. Quiet participation is welcome.
Cost: $5 per session, paid in person (Cash and EFTPOS available)
Materials
Shared creative supplies are provided during each session. Attendees are welcome to bring their own journals, photos, or materials.
Creative Pages Club is held in Napier and is open to adults aged 18+.
